Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 5, 2026

1. Our Philosophy

JAMP ("we", "our", "us") is built on the fundamental belief that website analytics should not compromise user privacy. We do not use cookies, we do not track users across different websites, and we do not sell your data. You own your data entirely.

2. Data We Collect from Your Website Visitors (End Users)

When you install the JAMP tracker on your website, we collect minimal, anonymized data to provide you with analytics.

  • Cookieless Tracking: We do not store any cookies in the visitor's browser.
  • Anonymization: We generate a daily rotating hash based on the visitor’s IP address and User Agent. This hash resets at midnight. We cannot identify returning visitors across multiple days, ensuring total anonymity.
  • Metrics Collected: Page URLs, referring websites, browser type, operating system, device type, and custom event triggers defined by you.

3. Data We Collect from You (The Customer)

To provide our service, we collect:

  • Account Data: Your email address (used for login and automated weekly reports).
  • Payment Data: Handled securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

4. Data Storage and Infrastructure

All analytics data is stored on secure, bare-metal servers hosted by Hetzner in the European Union. By default, aggregated data is retained for the lifetime of your active subscription to provide historical comparisons, while raw event logs are routinely purged.

5. Third-Party Integrations

We share the absolute minimum data necessary to run our business.

  • Stripe: For secure payment processing.
  • Resend: For delivering weekly email reports.

We will never sell your personal data or your website's analytics data to advertisers or data brokers.
