Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: March 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using JAMP ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
JAMP is a privacy-first web analytics SaaS. We provide you with a tracking script and a dashboard to view aggregated website traffic and funnel analysis.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing: JAMP is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan (e.g., Hobby or Pro).
- Usage Limits: If your website traffic exceeds the monthly event limit of your chosen tier, we will notify you to upgrade. Continued excessive usage without upgrading may result in the temporary suspension of tracking until the next billing cycle.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel an annual plan, your service will remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle.
4. Your Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
- Compliance with Local Laws: While JAMP is designed to be cookieless and GDPR-compliant out of the box, you are solely responsible for ensuring your website complies with your local privacy laws (e.g., providing a privacy policy on your own site).
- Custom User IDs: If you use our custom event triggers to pass Personal Identifiable Information (PII), such as a logged-in user's ID or email, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent (such as a cookie/tracking banner) from your users.
- Prohibited Content: You may not use JAMP to track websites that promote illegal activities, malware, or extreme violence. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating this rule without notice.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all analytics data collected from your websites. You may export or delete your data at any time through your dashboard. If you cancel your subscription, we reserve the right to delete your historical data after a 30-day grace period.
6. Limitation of Liability
JAMP is provided "as is". We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall JAMP be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or incidental damages arising out of your use of the Service.
